This policy explains how dBuidl Limited handles information when you use Gubbed.fyi.
Who we are
Gubbed.fyi is operated by dBuidl Limited, a software company registered in Scotland under company number SC730458. Our registered office is Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP.
Information we collect
When you create and use a Gubbed.fyi workspace, we collect the information needed to provide the service:
- Your email address, name, authentication details and account identifiers.
- The bookmaker, exchange, bonus, offer, bet, balance, withdrawal, goal and note information you choose to enter.
- Basic technical information generated when requests are made to the service, such as timestamps, browser or device information and security logs.
Please do not enter payment-card details, passwords for bookmakers or exchanges, or other information that Gubbed.fyi does not need.
Analytics
We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics, served from a.dbuidl.com, to understand aggregate usage of Gubbed.fyi. It is configured without cookies and is designed not to identify individual visitors or track them across websites. It may provide aggregate information such as page views, referring pages, device or browser categories and country-level location. Analytics data is used to improve the service and is not used for advertising profiles.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To store and display your private workspace data.
- To provide calculator, tracking, export and notification features.
- To maintain, troubleshoot and protect the service.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to legitimate support requests.
Legal bases
We process account and workspace information to perform our contract with you, to protect and improve the service through our legitimate interests, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required, we will ask for it separately.
Service providers
Gubbed.fyi uses PocketBase for authentication and application data storage. The service may also load Font Awesome assets from its kit delivery service for interface icons. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms.
Retention and deletion
Your workspace data is retained while your account is active. You can export a copy of your workspace data using Export data in Preferences. You can delete your account from Preferences, or request account and data deletion through our contact page.
We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims or legal obligations. After deletion, data may remain in backup copies for up to 30 days before those backups are overwritten or expire; backup copies are not used to restore an active account except where needed for disaster recovery.
Your choices
You can access, export, correct or delete your workspace information through the service, subject to the limits that apply to legal or security records. You can contact us if you have a question about this policy or how your information is handled.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
