These terms apply to your use of Gubbed.fyi, a matched betting tracking workspace operated by dBuidl Limited.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Matched betting and gambling

Gubbed.fyi is an organisational and calculation tool. It does not provide betting, gambling, financial or legal advice, and it does not guarantee that any promotion or strategy will produce a profit. Bookmaker and exchange terms, odds, eligibility rules, settlement decisions and account restrictions are outside our control.

You are responsible for checking current offer terms, complying with applicable law and using money you can afford to have tied up. Do not use the service to chase losses or to encourage activity that is unsafe or unlawful.

Your workspace data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter. You grant dBuidl Limited permission to process and store it only as needed to operate, secure and improve Gubbed.fyi. You should keep your own export or records where you need a separate copy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Gubbed.fyi available and useful, but the service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Features, limits and integrations may be updated without notice where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, misuse another person's data or use Gubbed.fyi to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts involved in abuse, security risks or unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

Gubbed.fyi, its software, branding and original content belong to dBuidl Limited or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service for your own personal or internal purposes; they do not transfer ownership.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, dBuidl Limited is not responsible for betting outcomes, lost profits, account restrictions, third-party service decisions, indirect losses or losses caused by your failure to check current terms or keep your account secure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account from Preferences. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where continued access presents a security, legal or operational risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law that applies to you.
